Wow, what an excellent question. My 10 year old still has to be reminded - lately, of everything. Yesterday, I had to send her back to the bathroom twice just to brush her teeth correctly! Add to that, the fact that kids are multiplicative not additive and there are times I wonder if I'm controlling the chaos or if it's controlling me. I'd like to know when they begin to become autonomous with the daily stuff on a regular, predictable basis. Is there some experience out there to share?
