Maybe it is me, but don't you see an issue with his sister henpecking him? To me, that sounds like there are some OTHER issues that need to be resolved regardless of whether you homeschool your son or not. Does she treat him like that at home? I'm glad her grades are better than his and she can feel good about that, but that does not make her BETTER than him. God has gifted us each with different abilities. Just my opinion, but I would be working on the sister. :-)
