 I responded to this yesterday and it apparently didn't save it! grrr Anyway, I would try going to edhelper's site and seeing if they have a "contact us" page or information somewhere. Then I would call or send an e-mail asking them how to re-set your password. I am sure you are not the first to have forgotten your password! :-)
