Subject: Got my K&T Macross 002 Box!

Man! These are every bit as cool as the DMC figures! One big difference: all parts are PVC; so no worries about breaking a stiff joint! The shading on the figures is really striking; probably because of the broader canvas (they are big mecha after all, and the proportions are well represented here).

The MBR-04-MKIV and Super VF-1J are the 2 standouts: opening missile hatches all over the 1J! The VF-1S Skull Leader is off the hook, even if his gun-pod is a little oversized. The transforming 1J and 1S look iffy in Battroid mode, but look EXCELLENT in Fighter and Gerwalk modes.

I just keep being blown away by how cool K&T's figures are, and how far they're pushing the trading figure envelope. Why can't WizKids do some HeroClix like this?
