One thing is for sure Old Gold Coach, I won't call you out of your name because I respect you and you cool people and alright with me and I still know what you did last year looking like the Cinderella team of the year as you shocked many, but I still want that game man, and I start my boot camp training today. Hope you guys don't see us in any tournaments this fall or even this summer.

Lefty, man you ain't got nobody in yo tournament, you haven't named one team man so what type of rank or braggin rights do you get out of that shi_. As for my training, some fool azz chump dry snitched and got jealous. Now I just have to complete a proposal and have the athletes parents fill out a signature form allowing their child to participate in my training sessions. I was killin em ova at the T, which it's about to start again this coming week, I was hendered for Thurs and Friday because of that dry snitchin sh_t. But it's about to get rollin again this week about Wed or Thurs, bring shorty ova to get some. We got killas ova here hommie killas that act like gorillas on the court. Im gone call you this weekend or early this coming week hommie, you on blast wit me hommie, I'm about to prove to alot of these fools out here who Bigknowledge is.

First for you Lefty, hey man I been hearing yo tournament unorganized and wacked, now I just need some insight man, who you got in yo tournament remember we don't want to play no guys that just come off the street and shoot a basketball and hope it go in or play hack a shaq basketball because they don't know how to play. We want to see some squads like CVS, Marshall, Curie, Whitney Young, De La Salle, Morgan Park, Bogan, we want some of that azz there hommie, don't bring me no tournament that ain't on nothing. I'm gone call you fo sho because I wanna find out who you got ova there. And if you ain't got nothing we running yo azz off the westside hommie because westside has always been the best side. If it's wacked you gone have to go ova to Taylor Park where you originate from hommie, that's where yo gym at you thought I didn't know hommie.

As for my boys training, yeah I got them ballers coming to my training hommie, yesterday was the first day and my lil fella Paris from the Curie Soph city champs showed up hommie, did you forget that I trained hommie last summer and here we go again this summer. He got a good workout hommie. I got my old player Alfonso McKinney coming ova after they play state as I be talkin to my lil fellow all the time. Now bring that lil shorty on ova to the T that you say is a beast so he can get some of this fire boot camp training hommie. Nicc_s lateral pressing truck tires, shoulder shruggin truck tires, curling truck tires, jumping on truck tires, jumping stairs from the basement to the 4th floor 10 times up and down is one, nicc_s running and walking down super long basement hallways on they toes. Nicc_s learning the fundamentals hommie the fundamentals forreal, its going down at the T and if I was in the suburb I would be getting 100 bucks a session from each kid hommie my training is real.

I got peeps calling me hommie wanting some of this training, my man Nate call me on his daughter (Nicosia) who's team (Bolingbrook), just won state, want some of this training. My lil friend out there in Lombard want me to get a hold to her daughter who is a 6'4 freshman out there, which she already has an offer from Duke. It's going down at the T hommie real shi_ ova here come see for ya self playa. Nicc_s doing quick pace jumps on high plains, learning L Shape Jump shots, learning how to walk up to a free throw line with your shooting foot first lined up in the middle of the basket and so forth. Nicc_ Bigknowledge is real can't you tell from what I'm tellin you hommie. I got a secret weapon that I'm workin on just for Coach P Wood, if this nicc_ make it to the T it's going to be a massacre next season as the T is going to make big noise next year.

Now as for you my hommie Old Gold Coach, you know I like to talk some shi_ sometimes, but this real here and not talk, we want that game, and if yawl dont want that I tell you what my hommie. Where yawl playing this summer old gold coach, just let me know where and we will be there. And Lefty as soon as you tell me who playing in yo tournament afta I hit you up it's all good I hope, I hope you don't tell me that Bronsville, and Wells is in yo tournament hahahaha.
