Power Basketball -This is an intense program that helps you become more explosive in your moves and more fluent in your techniques. Combine strength, speed, and footwork while improving your shooting, ball handling and vertical leap. We have designed a one of a kind combination of basketball strength and stretching program that’s guaranteed to improve an athlete’s performance, skills, and muscle memory, during each workout. Our workout will give you the ultimate burn and conditioning in every part of your body.

“Jump” Classes - Vertical Leap is essential in all sports, not just for those who want to dunk the ball, but also for athletes who want to increase height in their particular sport. (ex. basketball, football, baseball, tennis, etc.). This class is just for players who are serious in becoming more explosive and increasing their vertical leap and foot speed. This class will teach players how to increase their vertical leap by showing them proper range of motion and techniques, by using some of the most advance performance training methods and machines around. This class will also have player’s explosive with great foot speed, which will help them blow pass their opponent and have the ability to guard the best players. So, say “Goodbye" to slowness and “Hello” to quickness!!

Speed Training - Add quickness and blistering speed and get one step ahead of your opponent. This speed program can make the difference between winning and losing. Almost every sport can benefit from a combination of speed and endurance. Most athletes spend the bulk of their training time focused on getting bigger, but speed training is a great way to kick your performance up a notch.

Strength Training – Stay on top of your game and take your athletic performance to the “Next Level” by training with your very own certified Master Performance Trainer, specializing in Athletic Performance. Just sit down, and tell them what you want (strength, size, speed, conditioning or agility), and they'll make it happen though weight resistance (strength) and conditioning training. This program will create a MONSTER (the ultimate athlete with an undeniable confidence level).

Power Lateral Training – This class is for those athletes that want to improve their lateral quickness.

Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

4 Sessions (once a week)
8 Sessions (twice a week)
12 Sessions (three times a week)
