Hi,
My boyfriend and I just adopted a one year old crested, AC (as in AC/DC :) ), and while he is a great dog and a funny little guy, he seems to be really afraid of us. He has gotten a little bit better since he's been with us, he will bring us squeaky toys to throw and loves to sleep in the bed with us, but when I call him he seems to be really afraid. He crawls to me and then lays with his belly up, and he's very afraid of being on a leash, when he sees it he runs and hides. I know that he was not abused in any way in his previous home. I'm not sure if I'm accidentally doing something to frighten him or if he is still getting used to us, or if there's something else I'm missing. Any suggestions would be welcome,
