Hi, I am a new owner :-) since January 9, 2006 of a hairy hairless Chinese Crested. I currently use a puppy shampoo for bathing, and give her a bath once a week. Her problem is she has alot of acne up by the neck area, but nowhere else. I am wiping the area daily with paper towel soaked with Witch Hazel. The acne seems to be drying up. I have not seen any information about using or not using Witch Hazel. Can you please let me know if I am using something that I should not be using? Is anyone else having a problem with acne in one certain place? I am using Vaseline Intensive Care Healthy Body Complexion twice a week. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have.
