I just have to chime in here. There is no such thing as a "teacup" anything (other than a drinking vessel). That term was concocted by unscrupulous breeders wanting to sell the runts in their litters. When they figured out people wanted small, they slapped a humongous price tag on them and now many breed these tiny dogs with serious health problems just to make $$$$. Generally, all dogs being sold as "teacup" are unhealthy and may have genetic or other medical problems arise as they grow up.
If purchasing a puppy, AVOID ANYONE who claims to sell "teacup" anything. These people care nothing about their dogs, they do not do the proper health testing on the breeding stock, and the minute they have your $$ in hand, they'll be long gone and you'll never be able to reach them again if you have any problems later.
