Amanda, I almost have to laugh....YES, almost ALL of us have had problems with CC's skin. It just comes with the territory. If you look back on this message board, you will find lots of info about skin care and different solutions to your problem. What you are experiencing is very common. The blackheads that you see are actually un-used hair folicals that since they do not produce hair on the Hairless CC, they get clogged with oil, dirt, etc. I have been using a mild Apricot scrub for my HCC which is sold in most drug stores for people. It seems to help a little. There are all kind of vet recommeded shampoos, one I used to use was called "Sulf OxyDex" which I got from the vet. It is a antimicrobial antiseborrheic cleansing formula. It brings the black heads up to the surface so they can be exfoliated (scrubbed) away. It's a little expensive but it works...it also smells pretty "mediciny".
Hope that helps a little but look back on other posts and see what everyone else using too. It's an on-going battle for life with most Hairless Chinese Cresteds, but they're so damn sweet, it's worth it all.. Good luck.
