Well, I will try to answer some of your questions based on what I do for my own CC's.
1. I feed dry food but I moisten it a little and I also give them dry treats to help keep their teeth clean. Hairless CC's usually loose their teeth and generally have soft teeth so if you have an older dog, do whatever you think is best for them. I don't like to feed soft stuff ALL the time because it's not helping their teeth stay strong.
2. I dont have any opinion about question 2
3. Stay away from wool! And fur, as in real animal fur like mink, fox, etc. as people should stay away from real fur too. It's sick and disgusting.
4. As for weather conditions, if you have a hairless, they sunburn so you need to get some good sunscreen in the summer time as well as put a light colored tshirt on them.
In the winter if you live in a cold climate, they MUST wear clothes. Especially if you are taking them outside. Mine don't go outside as they are potty trained to go in a litter pan using puppy pads. There's a huge assortment of clothing that you can purchase for your little hairless CC. Mine wear alot of fleece, flannel and cotton.
Hope this helps a little with your questions, I'm sure alot of people will be able to help you out too.
