Complicated Crate Rest Author: Erin [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 20:34:47 04/27/06 Thu Hello, I have an 8yo Chinese Crested who recently fractured her radius & ulna. A nice stay at the vet hospital, a plate and four screws later, they've handed her back and ordered "strict crate rest." I receive my little diva about two years ago with a VERY nasty bout of separation anxiety that we haven't been able to shake. Because of which she hasn't been exactly pleased with a crate since I've known her. ANY recommendations are appreciated. When I do crate her and even if I stay right next to her, she still flails about in an awful tantrum! Please mail me at Erin@EqCentral.net if you have any ideas!
