WEll, I can't believe that your vet recommended Greenies. They're horrible. What about the pressed rawhide? You could let him chew on it until he starts getting big chunks off and then take it away, and while it's drying out, give him a new one. Keep exchanging them back and forth until they get too small for him to have, then start all over? I don't know, just a suggestion.
