Subject: Skin Routine

 I was wondering what skin routine for your dogs do you follow? I've been having my rescue for 10 months. She's around 4-5 yrs. old. She had very bad skin, and she still has blackheads and she breaks out every so often with huge pimples that pop (usually when she's playing with my other pup) & leave holes in her skin(I put anti-b. cream on it). She also still has very rough (bumpy) & dark skin on her hind legs. (Her normal coloring is light) I use Keratolux & Kaya Emu Shampoo. She's basically stays w/o clothes since we live in S. Louisiana.
If anyone has any suggestions that could help her skin, I'd appreciate it. She really is a sweetie.
