I just adopted a 6-month-old little guy from Crest Care. I've had Italian Greyhounds up to now so I'm just learning about Cresties. He's a darling but I could use some pointers. He is a hairy hairless and right now he is shorn so that he looks like a hairless, but the hair on his back and face is beginning to grow in. So... Does it itch him to have hair growing in? What about his whiskers? Doesn't he need those? They are shorn off right now. Is there any special type of shampoo or cleaning regimen I should have him on? Is their skin delicate? I am trying to find him a harness and collar lined with fleece or something similar. Thanks for any advice you can give.
