Okay. This is going to sound crazy, but try giving her a bath in half honey half yogurt. Warm it up a little bit, so it's not really cold on her skin, and then rub it on (LAYER IT ON) and let it sit for five minutes or so. The blackheads are both on top and under her skin and that's why it looks that way, or so I've been told. This really worked for my first rescue. It may take several times to make a huge difference, but the first time I did it with my crested, the blackheads were in the yogurt when I scraped it off like little sprinkles. I gave my pup a bath like this once a week (on top of this scheduled two other baths for itching) and he doesn't have a black head on him now. Give a few baths a try and see if it helps. If not, I'm sure that your vet can prescribe some benzoyl peroxide, but this smells so much nicer and doesn't dry out their delicate skin. :) Good luck!
