 I just took in a new foster boy with this problem as well, I've seen some really bad skin before, but he is by far the worst I've had to contend with. Poor baby is as sweet as can be, but his neck literally looks as though it's blackhead encrusted scar tissue. He ha more pearlies than I've ever seen on a dog. I have been using Zymox shampoo/rinse on him, and I've just ordered a new product called Douxo...haven't received it yet but will report back after I've used it for a bit. You can read about it here:
