 Hello, my husband and I moved to Santa Monica, Ca from NJ. We are actually both from Europe and have not had dogs since childhood. Also, we live in an apartment. But, we are looking at houses now. We would like to adopt an adult female powderpuff. Is this possible without vet records and in an apartment? We have looked at many rescues for the chinese crested, but not too many girl powderpuffs. I found the website chinesecrestedcrush and have gotten good advice. Thank you
