 Living in an apartment does not disqualify you from adopting and whomever at CC Crush told you that doesn't know much about Crest-Care. We do indeed adopt to apartment dwellers, assuming we have a dog in foster care that would do well in such a setting. That determination is left up to the individual foster mom/dad.

However, you state that you are looking at houses. If this is a move you plan on making in the near future, I would suggest that you wait until you are settled in your new home. Otherwise, I would suggest you return to our website and complete our adoption application.
