I agree with the pee band option. I have tried and tried to teach my new little boy (over a year old rescued) that he needs to go outside but he does both, inside and outside. I finally put a belly band on him. I find that the size #1 diapers work great. He's not gonna win a fashion show but he's not marking my new furniture either and I love him all the same.
