three days ago my vivante xl stop working because it does not get power from the adapter first i thought it would be the adapter but i tried it elsewhere and found out it works fine i don't think there is a problem with the bios battery because i changed it recently and anyway last time that the battery wasn't working it still took power from the adapter.
please help me i do not know what to do.i am corrently located in england. do you know if someone has the technical support in the uk or in europe please help me!!!!!!!!!!
