I sent my laptop back to get all the power cord and battery problems fixed. It physically worked when I sent it. I finally got it back, plugged it in, turned it on... nothing happened. Well, the power light was on and so was the CD drive light, no beeps, nothing on the screen. I can not open the CD by pressing the button, I must use the emergency eject hole. I called them, was told that it worked before they shipped it, they told me to try somethings like opening the CD manually and trying again... none of which worked. I have no idea what is wrong.
They told me they might need me to send it back. All I can say is if that is the case, and they try to tell me to pay again, I will be furious. I sent them a computer that works, I get it back and it doesn't...
Please help me...
