Hip Scores

I know that many of you have wondered, as I have, just how the hip scores rated in South Africa compare to our PennHIP scores. I recently bought Shumba and his SA hip certification is 0-0, but what would that be compared to PH dogs. My vet charges $275 for PH x-rays, but I wanted to know what Shumba's hips are in American language. Got his scores back today. .31-.31
Shumba is 29 inches at the shoulder and 155-160 pounds. He is the dog I recently took to "Pet Day" at my grandson's school.
AS far as I know, only Night Train has a better score.
