I was thinking along the same lines, as i've been a fan of John for 35 years, in August, that's when i first saw him back in 1973 with the film Loneliness and i've never looked back since.
I was only 12, mind i'd been to hell and back, and as i'd only just that day come out of hospital after a two year stretch and couldn't walk or go anywhere, tv was the only thing i could do, didn't have computers or any other type of entertainment that lucky kids today have. So mum put the tv on and this film was just starting, and the rest as we say is history.
It was amazing at such a young age to watch what has now become world wide hits the first time around, like The Sweeney, though sadly for me i only got to see two out of the four series as when the other two where screened i was back in hospital.
I'm hoping at some point this year that something will be released on John as we've had nothing so far, and i can't believe we are in June now and nothing has been released.
so i'm hoping between now and August that something will and i can save it specially for the anniversary of when i first saw this amazing man who would change my life forever!!
