La sonora Santanera vino con la influencia cubana que llego a Mexico..Se le llama Santanera por haber nacido en Santana,Jalisco..y si no me equivoco tiene mas de 47 años..
El sonido de el gran combo es diferente al de la sonera..es un sonido y letra mas boricuas/neoyorquino..En una cancion dice : "Yo quiero lechon(marrano asado)Y una morsillita(moronga),tambien quiero Ron(RUM),arroz con gandinga..etc..o sea para hacerte el cuento corto..el que escribio la letra tendria hambre :)

Claro que no me ofendo ,gandinga(que no me acuerdo si es lo mismo que mondongo o cuchiflito)AA seguro sabe la diferencia.. es un plato tipico boricua
parecido al menudo pero en salsa obscura....
