It's a hoax. 18th century people had absolutely no knowledge of what a fire door is and certainly would not be able to close one with the skill that the "ghost" on the video did. The person closing that door has done so many times, fire doors can be a bugger to close properly but if you have been doing it for awhile you get the hang of it and the person in the video definately had the hang of it. As for the ceiling fan in Shonda's room.... it operates off of electricity, ghosts are well known for messing with electrical appliances.
