The Paranormal Investigators & Research Association (P.I.R.A.) will be holding a small, intimate seminar at the Bucksville House B&B in Bucks County, PA. The seminar will go through topics such as Client Interviews, Preliminary Investigation, Equipment, Full Investigations and Research. There will be a main focus on False-Positives (Evidence that seems paranormal, but has very natural explanations). We'll go in-depth about how false images are made, both by accident and deliberately. We'll show you how certain features on your equipment can actually hinder your pursuit of the paranormal.

There are five rooms available (2 people to a room) and that's what we're keeping it to. The intimate setting will allow us to give more attention to you and your questions. This is not your typical conference room seminar, where you sit and listen to a bunch of people for hours on end. The atmosphere will be more relaxed, so you can ask questions when you'd like to. Simply put, there'll be a lot more one-on-one time. We'll listen to your ideas, take a look at your photos, listen to your recordings, etc.

This will be two nights you'll have to check out a haunted B&B, where you're actually encouraged to look for ghosts!

This special event includes the following;

*A Two Night Stay at a 200 Year Old House for Two (A Friday & Saturday night to explore and investigate a documented haunted B&B)
*Breakfast Saturday & Sunday
*A Booklet provided by PIRA (You'll get at check-in)
*Seminar on Saturday from 2 to 5 PM
*Light Refreshments (Served at 3:30)
* Investigation with PIRA members Saturday night from 7 to 10 PM.

What's In The Booklet?
The Booklet will include a brief history of the Bucksville, a list of important names & dates associated with the house (this could prove useful during the investigation), Tips for investigating, space to document details of any events you may experience while staying at the Bucksville and a run down of the topics we'll be discussing.
