I am 41 year old with four children. I have always had an interest in the paranormal phenomenon. As a child, My family and I lived in a haunted house in Los Angeles. I am not educated in the paranormal, but have always known things that a "Normal person" would think odd. I think they are ODD, therefore usually keeping it to myself. Anyway, One of my children, as a child saw things, played with things that were not there (I was present to witness these play dates), and claimed to see a "white lady". She seem to visit and follow us everywhere per my daughter pointing her out. My question extends from this "white lady" phenomenom. How do these things show themselves to you? I never seen this "white lady" but i seen her in my head. Pictures of her like she sends them to me. I feel that is how she lets me know she is present. Ususally, with a feeling of wanting to jump out of my skin in addition. I feel like I am nuts. I usually blow it off, but as I have become older I have become increasingly sensitive. Goosebumps, palpatations, lightheadedness,things have become more physical. She made herself known to me at my sister's house the otherday. I was in the bathroom. She was standing right infront of me starring at me as she usually does. I so felt like running out of the house and never looking back. She doesn't seem to follow me inside my house, but I have felt her outside. She starting to scare me more now than before. So, Is it my ANXIETY? Or has she been haunting us for years. The other night, I woke from a deep sleep, I had a little girl in my room. She showed me a picture of her in my head which startled me. But, she was passing by I want to say. Then she was gone, because I felt at ease and pictures were gone from my head. Please let me know if I need profesional help i.e. as a pychiatrist. I'm sorry. I must sound totally nuts...
