Perhaps if you get off the anti-depressants SLOWLY. Those things can slowly put poisons in your body (all drugs do!). You shouldn't take any drugs unless you REALLY need to (such as for a heart problem). Talk to your physician to see how you should go about quitting. They don't seem to work all that well, anyway.

Just had to say this, but . . . I'll shut up now, since this isn't a 'mental-health' or 'medical' message board!
