Subject: Need some advice on injured horse

Lets just say that this is just a story right now.. I need some advice on what to do.

I know of a race horse that has a very serious leg injury..

What,if ANYTHING, can be done to prevent this horse from racing again.. not only can it cause death, but other horses & jockeys can also get hurt!!!

when its time for this horse to race again, do I contact the stewards at the race track ??

Or try to make an effort to get the owners of the horse not to race her !
