Subject: Need Advice about what to do w/ my TB in Houston!!!

I have a beautiful TB gelding in Memphis, TN, and have moved to Houston without him b/c I can't really afford to have him here. People suggest selling him, but I can't accept that so readily. People suggest a half-lease, but it seems impossible to find someone plus I'd have to somehow trailor him down here for them to take a look. I don't know what to do and don't want to let my horse go. There has to be a way to keep him. I hate to keep dragging him around with me but have to believe that my efforts are not in vain. Any words of advice?...many thanks.
