Subject: Questions for a Horse Facility owner

I had a few questions about owning a horse farm. My family and I are planning on buying a horse farm but we are further looking into the financial aspect of this business first. We are really having a hard time figuring out what the hidden costs are. I, being experienced with horses, could only think of a few. I assume there would be a monthly feed/hay fee, electric for the barn, water for the barn, insurance , and bedding. I was wondering if any of you equestrian facility owners could help me out. Do you know of any other costs? do you have any need-to-knows about owning a horse farm? DO most farms that sell come with the machinary and feed/water buckets for the stalls? I want to thank you you all in advance!
