Sounds like your group is getting a new boss. Three days is a short time and they will all settle down once the new pecking order is established.

Out with the old and in with the new... your older gelding is being pushed away harder becuase he is closest in the pecking order to the new horse and hence more of a 'threat' for herd leadership.

Another thing is that horses tend to pair up. You may consider getting a sixth horse to even the numbers, this will help reduce a lot of the bickering.
