Subject: Starving Horses

Last week (11/19/02) 105 horses were found starving to death in a pasture near Hennessey, Oklahoma. Twenty-seven had already died. A couple near by offered to take the horses which are now evidence if charges are filed on the owner according to the Kingfisher County sheriff. The weather is turning cold here and the vet treating these horses isn't real optimistic about some of them surviving the cold.
