Since you guys seem to be the type that would most likely
be in possession of PAL video data, I was wondering if any
of you might have any experience with video conversion
software. I am currently trying to convert some PAL DVD video
to something a bit more friendly to an American DVD player
(and TV). Thusfar, my results have been badly mangled. I have been using the Linux transcode utility and the resulting video is badly out of sync.
