Subject: Desparately Need Financial Assistance

I am a 61 year old woman living alone. I am disabled with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia, Spinal Stenosis, and Emphysema. I have a disability case pending with the Social Security Administration but I am still waiting for a decision. In the meantime, I am receiving a $137 monthly in public assistance and I cannot meet my needs. My phone and basic cable is going to be turned off by September 7, 2004 if I cannot at least make a partial payment!!! Can anyone help me?
