Subject: I was waiting for Jamie to really lose it and felt disappointed that he didn't smash his fist through the stained glass window at the feet of Aphrodite - that was such vivid imagery in The Book. I guess it wouldn't have been quite so obvious in screen. I need to watch it again for it's own sake. I enjoyed watching Jack squirm in front of the king and I love Tobias, he's amazing, but I'm hoping for less restraint from the characters. Everyone has to be on their best behavior at the palace..
In reply to: Shads 's message, "Does anyone else feel like we are missing the famous Fraser Rage? I don't feel like Sam's Jamie gets sufficiently out of control when Claire confronts him about the duel. I suppose it's a directorial choice, but part of what makes Jamie interesting to me is the way he explodes and then pulls it back under control. Maybe that's just me." on 12:19:44 05/09/16 Mon
