Get a name for the breed that you can copyright and create a registry around that name, and then no other registry can legally use that name.

Tashi...something about your quote here. I hope you don't mind me pointing this out. Perhaps you misworded it, as I am not a Bouvier expert by any means...but a skull to muzzle ratio of 2 to 3 is a longer muzzle than is a skull to muzzle ratio of 4 to 5...for 3 is 150% the length of 2, while 5 is only 125% the length of 4. Both have a muzzle longer than skull...that is unless something isn't worded clearly here.
