I wish you the best Tara. If your girls are pregnant, just let them have the pups.
It's not a good idea to spay a pregnant bitch because there is increased blood flow to the uterus, and the chances are very high of the uterine stump bleeding after being sutured up, which can cause massive clotting which can lead to a heart attack or stroke, as well as internally bleeding to death. I lost an English Mastiff bitch this way.
So it would be better to just let nature take it's course.

Be responsible in placing the puppies, and then just plan to neuter your male, as he should not be bred to these girls again.

If you plan to breed again in the future, search for a male that is non-related and do lots and lots of research and talk to lots and lots of breeders.
