Well, it's not exactly a secret. A fair number of dogs with Dopper Oubaas in their pedigree have had to be put down over the years due to extreme temperament issues. On the other hand, there are many dogs with excellent temperaments who also have Oubaas in their family trees. It's one of those genetic mysteries, I suppose. You could wind up with an excellent dog or you could wind up being the subject of a news story like this one.
