I wanted to ensure I had all the right details, so I went out and sourced the story again.

They were actually males, a two year old and a one year old and there are two stories...one that she opened a gate (the first released) and one that she tried to separate the dogs when they began to fight with each other.

Wanted to make sure all the facts were correct. This happened in October 2003.
