What you need to do first and foremost is contact a reputable trainer in your area who can help you gain control of the dog.

In the meantime I wouldn't let the dog outside unsupervised...at least I wouldn't let the dog go in and out of the house as he pleases. It gives him a little too much control at this point and you need to limit that so that he can understand that you are the almighty and not him.

DEF. find a local trainer. I'd like to crosspost this if you wouldn't mind. There's another board I'm on with a great trainer who has connections to some folks in other areas. Might be able to get you in touch with a reputable trainer who could help get this behavior in check. This needs to be addressed quickly though...it could lead to more issues down the road.
