Yes, that would be wonderful! We love our big guy and would hate to have anything happen to anything, anyone, or have to do something with him as a consequence of my ineptness at controlling him. I would appreciate it.
We have tried prong collars in the past and he pulls on walks even with them. We have never tried using them at the fence, though. Up until now, we have used the Gentle Leader (don't laugh...).
I realize the gravity of the situation. He has never been agressive toward adults. However, we have been told before that he is "insecure dominant", but we don't know exactly what to do with that information. The things we have been successful with in the past seem to be slipping away. It seems as though the training classes we have be to and private trainers treat the bad behavior as something that will go away if we just do the right things. Well, we've done"right things" and he's still behaving badly.
Everyone knows that a BB and their people bond hard and it would break my heart if something should have to be done as a reasult of his behavior. Thanks everyone for your replies.
