It could be allergies or something of that nature or maybe a coincidence.
Where did you get the turkey necks from? Where the two necks from the same farm? It could be that the necks have gone bad or are diseased.

I feed my Boerboel a raw diet; raw chicken necks are the main part of her diet as well and I have never had an issue. I have also fed her raw turkey necks without an issue as well.
I'm probably leaning towards bad turkey rather than an allergy as the symptoms don't sound like an allergic reaction to be - BUT I am not a vet in any way.
