Subject: Recovery after spay surgery

Akiva had the surgery last Saturday and is just itching to go at it with her big brother. It is an effort to keep them apart and I resort to crates at the moment. The stitches are not coming out until the Saturday a week from this coming one. When is it safe to let them play? Do I have to wait another week?
