Comprehension and compliance of the obedience commands seems excellent, but energy or enthusiasm is very low. I suspect you just used praise and food to teach the commands, but now that is done so I would recommend using a toy that stimulates the dog's prey drive in order to improve response time. Does the dog have something that she loves...something she is highly motivated over. Check out Ivan Balabanov's videos "Obedience without Conflict" and also "The Game" and I think you will find those tapes very beneficial. I know I did.
