The fathers score is slightly better than average. The no DJD is critical.
As for Mom, that is the South African scoring method instead of PennHip. It indicates better than average hips.

A hip score doesn't promise a pup with good hips, but is a decent indicator. It doesn't matter what your purpose is,pet/companion or whatever. A dog sound in mind and body is the first thing that should be looked for in my opinion. It's just as easy to feed a good one as it is a bad one
