4 months is what was reported to me.

I also have to wonder how you could title your dog in anything that young.

I think that you can in ARBA and AKC at least have shown the dog as a puppy and maybe that will qualify for the having "competed" clause.

My guess is that dogs are coming up for new tags now and they are being caught in the net. At least that is what a couple have reported so far. Last year when the law was passed and no one was paying attention the dog tags were still good.
