I'm happy to pass along my phone # & chat about the various problems in the breed.. Oh! And I promise in advance that I will REFUSE to sell you a puppy under any/all circumstances!! *G*
Seriously though, I am not a commercial breeder, I have 2 dogs I work/test & I have the same opinions on the breed/breeders now that I did before I made the decision to mate my BBs. And I while I do have an up-coming litter, I had plenty of homes lined up well before I even bred the 2 dogs.. it's just a matter of matching the correct pups to the best homes now.
I've just seen too many of my friends get screwed, winding up with temperament &/or health problems from lack of appropriate/extensive testing.
I'm sure Norman would LOVE for me to also volunteer him as a person with whom to converse about BBs. At least he still continues to not breed, so his opinion & advice can be free from those concerns.
