In august 2000, I underwent surgery for major lower back.In July 2001, I had injerd my lower back again at work.I lost my job becuase of it. I lost my health insurance thru work and still need to pay medical bills that are not payed for yet. Iam not working still to this day, becuase of my back.
I have been off work for this since July of last year.If you can help me thank you.
